BY CAR:

Directions to 79 Laight St from New Jersey and points south via the Holland Tunnel

• Take the best route to the Holland Tunnel.
• As you exit from the tunnel you will be taking Exit 1,
• Proceed straight through the traffic light at Hudson and continue west on Laight St. for three blocks.
• The office is in the middle of the block on the left side of the street in a building called the Sugar Warehouse, #1A.
• A garage is located across the street from the building, and another on Greenwich between Laight and Hubert Streets.

Directions to 79 Laight Street via the FDR Drive (2 routes)

• Stay on the FDR south all the way; pass the Brooklyn Bridge and South Street Seaport. Stay in the left lane following signs for Battery Park and Brooklyn Battery Tunnel.
• You will be going around the tip and come up on West St. Avoid lane going into the tunnel on the right and continue up West St. You will pass the World Financial Center on the left, Chambers St. on the right and BMCC.
• Slow down after you see N. Moore St. and make next right turn onto Hubert St .
• Go 1 block and make left onto Washington St .
• Make left turn onto Laight and you will be in front of building.
• A garage is available directly across the street and another on Greenwich between Laight and Hubert Streets.

Alternate Route

• Take the best route to the FDR Drive ; go and exit on E Houston St (exit 5) proceeding West
• Take E Houston all the way west to Varick St. (It becomes W Houston after you cross Broadway)
• At 6 th Ave, West Houston forks to the left; cross 6 th Avenue and go 1 block to Varick ( 7 th Ave )
• Make a left on Varick Street , staying in left lane (right lane goes to Holland Tunnel) proceeding downtown
• Make right turn onto Canal St into left lane and proceed 2 traffic lights to Greenwich St. Make left turn (landmark is F. Illi Ponte Restaurant)
• Proceed on Greenwich St for 2 traffic lights; Make right onto Laight St .

• Continue west on Laight St. for 1 1/2 blocks
• The office is in the middle of the block on the left side of the street in a building called the Sugar Warehouse, #1A.
• A garage is available directly across the street and another on Greenwich between Laight and Hubert Streets.

• Continue on West St past Canal St, and proceed to left turn lane at Vestry St .
• Turn left onto Vestry St and continue 2 blocks to Greenwich St .
• Turn right onto Greenwich St and continue 1 block
• Turn right onto Laight St for 1 block.
  

There is no legal street parking Mon.- Fri, only after 6 PM and weekends. Then you can park in front of the building

Public Transportation:

• Accessible to A, C, E trains – Canal St. Station. From uptown, stay towards back of train and exit at stairs labeled Laight Street. ( Coming from downtown, stay towards front of train). Walk straight towards Varick St. You will see Tribeca Cinema on corner of Varick and Laight. Cross Varick and take footbridge over Holland Tunnel lanes. Keep walking straight, cross Hudson St and keep walking straight 2.5 blocks on Laight until you see the Hudson River . 79 Laight St , Sugar Warehouse on your left

• #1 train –Canal St Station. Cross Canal and walk south until you see Tribeca Cinema at Varick and Laight. You will climb the footbridge and follow directions for A, C, E train above.
